Strategic Planning

  • Over multiple years led strategic planning processes for a New England community bank.
  • Consulted to the Vermont Department of Health in a diversity initiative, helping them develop a strategic plan to address the disparity in how tobacco use affects diverse populations.(See our case study)

Business Process Redesign

  • Provided business process analysis and re-engineering services to the Vermont Office of Child Support (See our case study)
  • Consulted to two community mental health centers, and schools they collaborate with on how to re-engineer their service delivery system to allow for better collaboration with local schools
  • Facilitated a structure redesign process for a New Hampshire based art company
  • Consulted to the Franklin Regional County of Government and 19 towns in Franklin County, MA helping them re-engineer the delivery of public health services so that they can become more efficient and professional

Assessment/Change Management

  • Consulted to a psychiatric hospital helping them adapt a new change strategy in order to become more successful with a large system cultural change initiative (See our case study)
  • Provided assessment, survey research, training, and change management services to the Vermont Agency of Transportation
  • Assessed, designed and facilitated an intervention for 40 staff members of an elementary school struggling with a change initiative
  • Designed and led an intervention at a high school to address a racially motivated assault
  • Assessed, designed and facilitated an intervention for 40 staff members of an elementary school struggling with a change initiative (See our case study)
  • Conducted an assessment of high staff turnover for an outdoor education organization. Reports, with recommendations on board and leadership issues, were then developed and presented

Training

  • Provided training to front line staff of a health care organization on how to deescalate conflict with angry clients.
  • Led a two-day meeting facilitation training for a diverse group of staff from non-profit organizations
  • Taught process mapping and re-engineering to a group of New Hampshire State employees
  • Led over 75 day-long workshops over a three year period as a subcontractor for Vermont Technical College’s workforce development program
  • Provided leadership training to staff at the Vermont Office of Child Support
  • Led multiple trainings over the last five years for the New Hampshire Bureau of Education and Training

Conflict resolution

  • Helped a family business clarify ownership, family and business roles and expectations.
  • Facilitated a multi-party environmental mediation with a state agency, two environmental groups and an international mining company.
  • Mediated a dispute for a group of doctors at a New England clinic.
  • Mediated a dispute between two senior staff in a New England school district
  • Mediated a dispute for between two senior managers of a public school system and made recommendations on system related issues that contributed to the conflict.
  • Assessed, designed and facilitated a daylong meeting for a large family in conflict over how to best provide long term care for their aging mother
