The NPS is a customer loyalty metric used by many large companies across all industries to measure the willingness of clients to recommend a product or service to others. At ReGeneration Resources we consistently ask our clients the one question, “how likely is it that you would recommend ReGeneration Resources to a friend or colleague?” The results put us among the best.

NPS can be as low as −100 or as high as +100. According to Wikipedia, “A NPS that is positive (i.e., higher than zero) is felt to be good, and an NPS of +50 is excellent”. The graph below, (adopted from a Hubspot article), give the NPS for many industries. In a recent study of large companies, USAA-Banking received the highest rating, 83%. Our score of 74.9% is higher than Costco's and Trader Joes and near Amazon's. We think that puts us in good company.
