I’ve been doing this for over two decades by coaching individuals, building teams, and aligning organizations. Much of this work revolves around conflict resolution, managing change, and strategic planning. More fundamentally, however, I am a guide and navigator for difficult conversations, engaging trainings, and complex organizational dynamics.
